Come and relax in the middle of the Puruvesi lake nature on July 22, 2026. There are 4 different yoga classes available during the day, from which you can choose one or all! My lovely Slovenian friend Neža, who lives in Austria, will also be guiding you throughout the day.
The day starts with a gentle yoga class led by Neža at 9 am, especially suitable for beginners. If you wish, you can continue directly from here to a Vinyasa yoga class led by Tanja at 10:45, which is also gentle, but a little more dynamic, and beginners can also continue to it very well <3
The day continues at 5:30 pm with a relaxed SUP yoga class led by Tanja, and you can end the day with a restorative class led by Neja that calms both the nervous system and the mind, starting at 7:00.
You can find more detailed class descriptions below.
Price 20 €/person/sesson
SUP yoga 25 €/person
Please remember to dress according to the weather – preferably warm rather than too little, because we will be doing yoga on the terrace of Saimaa Shala (4-5 places also indoors, if you want to be protected from the sun). Wool socks are always a great “equipment”. For SUP yoga you can wear light yoga clothes or a swimsuit. Also bring a change of clothes and a towel. After each class it is also possible to take a dip in the waves of Puruvesi 🙂
Please book your place well in advance, as places are limited. Neja’s classes can be confirmed when there are at least 3 participants.

Mag. Neža Kettunen, Movement Educator & Yoga Teacher
Hi, I’m Neža – a movement educator, dance teacher, yoga teacher, and mama of two boys.
Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. For me, it’s a way to express myself, connect with others, and truly feel at home in my body – or gently find my way back to that feeling. I studied Stage Dance and Movement Pedagogy and later specialised in Movement Education through my master’s degree at Anton Bruckner University in Linz, Austria.
My curiosity about the body and its incredible capacity to heal, adapt, and express has led me to continue my education through a wide range of body-oriented and therapeutic practices, including Yoga (400+ YTT), Qigong, Pulsing, massage therapy and many more.
Today, I teach ballet, offer yoga classes, and facilitate movement sessions in care homes for older adults as well as for people with special needs here in the heart of the Austrian Alps. I deeply enjoy working with people across all stages of life and believe that movement belongs to everyone.
What matters most to me is creating spaces where people of all ages can move with joy, curiosity, and trust. Spaces where they feel seen, supported, and free to explore their own unique way of moving. I believe that when heart and presence are at the centre, movement becomes so much more than exercise..it becomes a way of coming home to ourselves.
My yoga classes are gentle, flowing, and centred around the people in the room and their individual needs. I honour each body exactly as it is, meeting every participant where they are and supporting them with care, attention, and my extensive knowledge gained through a lifetime of movement on and off the stage. My intention is to help people move with greater ease, confidence, and connection, both on and off the mat.
See you on the mat. Come as you are 🙂

Our morning yoga session is a gentle invitation for everyone. No matter your age, your body, your experience, or where you are in life- you are welcome here.
Whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the very first time, or returning to the practice, this class is for you. It’s a reminder that Yoga has never been about touching your toes; it’s about slowing down, taking a breath, and coming home to yourself.
Together we’ll move through gentle stretches, mindful movement, easy breathwork, and gentle Sun Salutations, with every practice adapted to meet you exactly where you are.Come as you are. Leave feeling a little lighter, a little calmer, and a little more at home ❤️ I can’t wait to start the day with you 🙂

Vinyasa yoga class begins with meditation and breathing exercises, which help the mind and body calm down before class, and thus prepare for the day’s practice.
During the class, you move calmly from one asana to another, paying attention to your breath, and you get to relax and strengthen your body holistically. The rhythm of the class is calm, but dynamic, and refreshing and is suitable for both beginners and those who have already discovered yoga.
The class also helps you listen to your own body and thereby find the exercise that suits you. You get to focus only on yourself, calm down from your busy life and thereby reduce stress levels. You are warmly welcome ❤️

SUP Yoga is a relaxing, yet balance-challenging workout on a SUP board. Sup Yoga develops muscle fitness, body control, balance, and body mobility. During the class, you move calmly from one asana to another and enjoy the peace of nature. The level of difficulty of the class is chosen according to both the weather and the participants’ SUP experience. Swimming skills are mandatory for participation in SUP Yoga.

Our restorative yoga class is designed to soothe your nervous system and gently restore both body and mind after the day.
Sorrounded by beautiful views of the forest and lake, we will move through gentle stretches, mindful breathwork, and a nourishing closing meditation, inviting you to let go, soften into stillness, and give yourself permission to fully relax.
Open to all levels.
