Join us for an opportunity to try out activities such as SUP Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga or Aerial Yoga. We’re also more than happy to organise private lessons at the venue of your choice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga moves the body gently from one asana to another, following the rhythm of our breathing to attain a state of total relaxation, which will enable strengthening of the whole body. An invigorating Vinyasa Yoga class helps to connect body and mind, calm the nervous system and relieve stress.

Aerial Yoga

Aerial Yoga focuses on developing body control. Some of the exercises are performed within special silk hammocks, suspended from the ceiling. Aerial Yoga strengthens the abdominal muscles, helping you develop body control. It also assists in relieving muscle tenseness in the back and shoulder area.

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga serves as an effective way to enhance coordination, balance and agility. Our lesson will depend on the prevailing weather conditions and the experience of the participants in stand up paddling.Why not try out something completely new and different – a challenge for your whole body!
