Spring Yoga and Hiking Weekend at Punkaharju Hotel Kruunupuisto 15-17 May 2026
Punkaharju is known not only for its stunning scenery, but also for its outdoor trails in and around the ridge area. In the summer, you can kayak, hike, cycle and of course swim in the clean Saimaa!
We start the weekend with calming Yin yoga on Friday evening and after yoga we will enjoy dinner at the Kruunupuisto restaurant. Saturday starts with stimulating Vinyasa yoga and after breakfast we will go on a guided hiking trip to the stunning national landscapes of the Punkaharju ridge area with our nature guide Riina. On the way, we will walk along the Topelius Trail, see Finland’s oldest hotel and enjoy a picnic in the lake landscapes of Saimaa. At the end of the day, it is wonderful to relax for a while in the spa before yin yoga and dinner.
On Sunday, we wake up with energizing Vinyasa yoga again. After the hour, you can relax for a while in the sauna by the lake and take a dip in the waves of Lake Saimaa. Breakfast is also served either at the sauna by the lake or in the adjacent Ingerintalo café. After a lovely slow morning, you can pack up in peace or lounge in your room until noon.
Yoga classes or canoeing trips do not require any previous experience.
